Landlord and gas safety certificates

To conform to regulations every landlord must have a yearly gas safety check performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Andy can complete a gas safety check at the following price.

Property with one gas appliance – £90

Property with more than one gas appliance – add £30 for the first extra appliance and then £20 per extra gas appliance.

It is recommended to have your appliances serviced to have your safety check carried out with a service then please just add £10 to the service cost.
